A Netsuite implementation costs less, uses less resources and requires less time than comparable systems. This is because there is no hardware to install, no software to install and no database to set up, eliminating the need for a hardware specialist, system administrator and DBA.

Additionally, because Netsuite is fully integrated and built on a single database there is no need to have programmers develop interfaces between your accounting, CRM, and inventory / ERP systems.

Our experience allows us to take high level concepts from the implementation outline and execute the details to ensure a successful Netsuite implementation. This includes specifics like defining price levels, option lists, accounting periods, tax codes, document layouts (invoices, p.o's, etc.), customer credit limits, as well as custom fields and workflow scripting.

Most important is our knowledge in converting and importing the data from your existing applications into Netsuite so you can transition without losing the valuable business information you've acquired.

We will prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) that details the scope of the implementation and all aspects of the project, its participants and costs.

Netsuite implementations generally take between 45 - 90 days.
