Neil A Twa
CEO
Neil runs the show at ICON, and the buck stops at his desk. And if he keeps things moving in the right direction, we might have more than one buck to rub together. For now, he encourages us to do a lot with a little and to be creative with our ideas and our energy. Prior to ICON, Neil was a SR IBM consultant, traveling the world in support of IBM's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Communications practice. With over 10 years of technology, consulting and customer service experience Neil was a key part of the knowledge management practice within IBM. His leadership roles lead to unique opportunities to reduce costs and drive new ideas for business development. He has experience with a few small companies you might have heard of, including IBM, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Qwest, Thomson Publishing and Cummins.
Dick Rubin
President
Dick Rubin serves as acting President at ICON bringing over 35 years business management experience to the company.
His experiences with both large and small business clients include strategic planning, tactical planning, logistics planning, marketing and sales management, sales training, negotiating skills training, staff development and administrative management services. He has been on the executive committee of the Oklahoma Rural Development Council since its creation in 1992 and served as Co-chair of the council for five years. He is a past president of the Inola Chamber of Commerce, past Co-Chair of Entrepreneurs of Tulsa; he has been an active member of the Oklahoma Business Incubator Association and the Oklahoma Venture Forum and is a past member of the Oklahoma Governors Small Business Commission. He is a member of the Spirit Bank Strategic resource Team. Rubin is also a principal in the Rural Oklahoma Capital Alliance, which is a venture capital firm that is focused on investing in businesses located in rural Oklahoma. He has earned a Masters Degree in Marketing, A Masters Degree in Accounting and an MBA from Ohio University. He spent six years with Litton Industries, Inc.; he served as CEO of Tech Centers, Inc. for 12 years, which he formed in 1972. He then created a private business incubator that provided development support to young entrepreneurs who were just starting their first business ventures. Within the same facilities he provided office management services to century old Fortune 500 companies who looked to him to provide local offices and support to their staff.
